This space is perfect for yogis seeking to explore their individual routines, meditate, or engage in restorative practices. Join us every **Monday from 10:45 AM to 11:45 AM**. Please note that there will not be an instructor in the room, allowing you the freedom to practice at your own pace. Students can come for the full hour, 15 minutes, or any duration in between.
