Private or Group Classes
Private 1:1 classes are a custom 60 minute class (vinyasa, yin, or vinyin) that also include a focus on breathing techniques. These classes are great for beginners, busy professionals with an hectic schedule, or anyone that is concerned with being in a group class due to covid or other illness.
Private group classes are available for parties up to 20. Options include: all levels,vinyasa, power and beginners. These are great for a girls night out, birthday celebrations, anniversaries, work events, bachelorette parties, and any other reason to get together with family or friends!

Yoga Classes and Schedule
Preregistration for Weekly Scheduled Classes:
Preregistration opens 14 days in advance. Classes close for registration 60 minutes prior to scheduled class time. Preregistration is required. Exception – All morning classes must be signed up for by 10:30p the night before class.
Late Cancelations and No Shows: You can cancel your class 2-hours before it is scheduled to not lose a class from your pass.If canceled after the 2-hour window, you will forfeit a class from your pass. Exception- All Early AM classes must be cancelled by 10:30p the night prior, if cancelled after 10:30p, you will forfeit a class from your pass. Event,Speciality Class & Workshops are final sale. Convenience Fee Notice: If you proceed to check-out, you will be charged a 2.75% convenience fee. This fee is added to the total charge for the goods/services you purchased today, and on Monthly Memberships.
